    We are half way through the week! Yes! That means we are that much closer to the end of my Whole30. Not that I’m counting down… ahem. Anyway… It’s Weigh In Wednesday!     Weigh In Wednesday: Whole30 Week 2 Results

    So here it is Day 17 of my Whole30 Challenge… And like I wrote in the recap of week 2 – it was a tough week. Dang hormones/emotions/cravings. I wanted to know I was seeing results. Sure I generally feel better. I am sleeping better. I am enjoying coffee with just canned coconut milk or black (but still missing my creamy sweet coffee treats… Caramal Macchiato anyone?)     Weigh In Wednesday: Whole 30 Week 1 Results

    Two posts in one day, aren’t you lucky! Time for a check in on my Whole30 Progress so far!   Since weighing yourself is not allowed on Whole30 I’m going to stick to some measurements. I wasn’t sure how this week was going to go with the GO STL half marathon on Sunday. I usually tend to bloat after a race, holding on to water and what not. I ended up doing a pretty intense lifting session Monday night and  a WOD on Tuesday morning so today is my first total rest day since the race.     Oh yay. Time for another Weigh In Wednesday. If I were to be really honest with you I would tell you I’m struggling right now.     Weigh In Wednesday: Stuck in a Holding Pattern

      Whew- Wednesday already? It has been a whirlwind of a week for sure. I just realized that since last week’s weigh in I have only worked out twice! We left at 2am on Friday morning and spent the whole day in the car driving some equipment down to my family in Florida. Spent Saturday and Sunday with my family and left to drive home at 2am Monday. So we spent close to 40 hours in the car, had a short time to get things done while in Florida which meant no workouts and less than stellar food choices.     It is that time of week again! Weigh In Wednesday! After last weeks weigh in for the beginning of the dietbet I knew this week HAD to be better. This week was good. I’ve been trying to get back on track with my CrossFit Endurance Half Marathon training plan (I’m just a few days behind) and have been feeling good about most of my runs.
