Oh hey friends. I know I know, it’s Sunday… but I still want to have a coffee date with you! If we were having coffee I would tell you it has been so dang hot out that I have been thankful for this little package sent to me from the wonderful folks at Keurig Brew Over Ice! Not only do they have awesome flavors of already sweetened ice coffee, they have all other sorts of cold drinks like lemonade and iced tea. Hey Friends! How are you doing today? It’s been a whirlwind of a few days spending time with family in Texas. We are spending time with my husbands grandparents as they celebrate 50 years of marriage! I still wanted to sneak in a coffee date, you have a minute? Hey there friends! I’m so glad we finally made it to Friday because it’s time for our Coffee Date! I recently discovered the amazingness that is the Iced Americano. Seriously, it’s so good. I recreated it at home. We have a Starbucks Verismo (yes, its right next to our Keurig #coffeeloverproblems) All I did was brewed up one of the Espresso pods. added the same amount of water, a dash of coconut milk creamer, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Hey there friends. Sorry this is late, life is just crazy lately. Fridays are usually my long mornings at the box so it makes the rest of the day even longer. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am that it’s Friday. Some weeks fly by, other weeks hit me hard from the start. This week was kind of in between. I’m looking forward to the weekend and hope to get a little rest. Before that, let’s have coffee! They can smell fresh blood from a mile away… If I didn’t intervene my cocker spaniel would lick your face while my bull dog nearly knocked you over as he jumped up on your leg, covering it with slobber and hair.
