Happy New Year- 2012 in Review
Happy New Year!! I can’t believe it is 2013. Sometimes I still think the 90’s were 10 years ago. Weird, I know. How did you ring in the New Year? Happy New Years Eve!! It blows my mind that it is already the last day of 2012. What a year this has been. I have made some awesome progress this year, but I am planning on doing even better in 2013! I cannot believe that it is the last week of 2012. Christmas was great. I love celebrating but I am also always so anxious to get back to “routine” – especially with it being the final week of our dietbet! I tried to stay close to my ideal diet, but I went off the way for Christmas. I have, however, been killing it with the workouts! Three Things Thursday
1. Thursdays. They are apparently not my best days. Last week I turned off my alarm instead of pushing snooze and ended up getting to CrossFit 15 minutes late. Last night I stayed up late and having coffee with amazing friends around our table. I knew going to bed after midnight would make the 4am wake up call hard. Hello Friends. There is no graceful way to transition from yesterdays post back to “normal”. I spent extra time yesterday with Little Dreamer. Watching her play with her hair, helping her blow dry it after bath time, and spending some quality cuddle time together. Therafit Shoes Review and Giveaway
A few weeks ago I received a beautiful package from my friends at Therafit Shoes. Inside the package was my pair of Pink Deborah Shoes. Therafit shoes were created by Dr Lisa from the TV show the Doctors… you know, the one with Travis from the Bachelor? Right. That one. I’m always on the search for a good pair of shoes. Santa North Pole Dash 5k & Olympic Lifting Seminar
Like I mentioned in my weekly workout recap Saturday I had the Santa’s North Pole Dash 5k AND a 3+ Hour Olympic Lifting Seminar. And I PR’d at both! Woot!! I was super excited about the Santa North Pole Dash because I was planning on meeting up with Mel and Kim, but it turns out it is REALLY hard to find people in a crowd of 2500 people all wearing the same thing. Under Armour Spine RPM Review
When I used to think of Under Armour I would think of those skin tight shirts the football players wear under their uniforms. More recently the UA Hoodies became crazy popular. I knew they had workout clothing, I just never thought about them having shoes.
