    Green BEAN Delivery {WIAW}

    I told you I had some exciting thing to share with you over the next few weeks, so we are jumping right in today! I have heard about different kind of CSA programs and food delivery services but wasn’t sure how it would all work or how to find out if there were any in my local area. Well thanks to social media, I found out we had an amazing Produce Delivery Program in our area – Green BEAN Delivery. I don’t know how I didn’t hear about this sooner! Green BEAN Delivery runs like a membership program. You create an account and have a card on file. You can…

    Schwan’s Home Delivery

    The giveaway is still open! Make sure you enter to win some Lululemon and a Race Entry of YOUR choice! Sometimes life gets busy. Who am I kidding? Life is ALWAYS busy. Being a wife, mom, student, blogger, CrossFitter, runner, and business owner is chaotic. I have talked about meal planning before, it seriously does help keep me sane. While meal planning is a time saver, I still end up having to hit up the stores for the groceries. Grocery shopping is a long process for me, especially if I have my 3 year old with me! When an opportunity to try out Schwan’s Home Delivery I jumped at the…

    Menu Planning Monday

    I always feel so much better about the week when I take the time to Menu Plan, Grocery Shop, and Prep food for the week. Knowing that I have several options to chose from for Dinners makes me WAY less stressed. It also makes me less likely to spend extra money (and Calories) Eating out. The problem is when I go to plan my meals I usually just sit at my blank piece of paper awhile and try to figure out what meals to plan. I have a few go-to favorites I use over and over (and over and over) again. Pinterest is always a great tool. I’ve actually started…

    #STLBloggers Meet Up: Ces & Judy’s Catering

    So way back in September/October I contacted a fellow FitFluential Ambassador that I knew lived in the St Louis Area, Lindsay from ItzLinz, and asked her about meeting up. Turns out there was a little group of people who had met up before. Well, we decided to try for a meet up in October and after a gazillion emails back and forth between a handful of us… 3 of us showed up. It was fun, but I knew there had to be a more efficient way to bring bloggers together! So I started the STLBloggers Facebook group and invited all the bloggers in the area that I knew… who invited…

    November Foodie Pen Pal Reveal

    Somehow I completely forgot that yesterday was the last day of the month… meaning it was time for our Foodies Pen Pal reveal! I sent my package to Cheri from Healthy Girl Gamer, you can check out her blog post reveal here. I had an awesome partner who dealt with my random traveling and forgetting to respond to email (Sorry Julia!) But she still put together an amazing package for me! There were Smart Puffs – those were SO good, Veggies Straws, Skinny Cow Candy, Fiber One Brownie, Annie’s Fruit Snack, Panda Licorice, Newman’s Own Peppermint Cups, Trader Joe’s Green Beans, Gluten Free Macaroon, Coconut Water, and my personal favorite….…

    Homemade Pumpkin Chai Latte {WIAW}

    Man, is it Wednesday already? I swear time is in like fast forward or something. We are just a week away from the launch of our dietbet challenge, are you ready?! I’m so excited. I’ve been reading It Starts With Food like crazy and trying to think about how to avoid the normal holiday traps… One of my downfalls is Starbucks. I love a good latte! I’ve been trying to figure out substitutes and I think I found one. I’m not sure this is “whole30” approved… but it has a heck of a lot less calories than an eggnog latte! [amd-zlrecipe-recipe:3] The last few days have been a bit of…

    WIAW: Clearwater Style

    Hellllllo From Clearwater, FL! I worked the Tampa Pretty Muddy Event over the weekend, and I’m heading to the event in Miami next weekend so we are taking the week in-between to visit with family and friends here in Clearwater. We are renting a condo for the week. Here is the view from our Balcony: Awesome, right?! It’s Wednesday, so that means it’s time to link up with Jenn for WIAW! Eating on vacation is always hard for me. I want to justify my “indulgences” with the fact that I’m on “vacation” but I also want to keep up with the healthy eating. We decided to find a compromise. Since we have…
