WIAW #9 – Recent Favorites
Since I realized I eat a lot of the same things over and over again I decided that this week I’m going to share with you some of my recent favorites in the eat/drink department! First up… The FYI Truck! This was at the epic finish line party at Pretty Muddy this weekend… and it is seriously some of the BEST frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. WIAW #7 – Away From Home!
Hello Friends! I’ve been busy on a business trip to South Dakota but wanted to take some time to check in with you! How’s your week going? We have been in and out of meetings and brain storming sessions. I actually got a workout in this morning in the hotel gym.I grabbed 2 hard boiled eggs from the breakfast bar at the hotel to hold me over, along with my protein shake. Welcome to the fourth edition of What I Ate Wednesday here at Journey of a Dreamer. I’ve been meaning to do this for awhile but I always forget to take pictures until its too late (aka- the food is already in my belly!)My day started with GNC Pro Sculpt pre-CrossFit – 4:40am During CrossFit I drank my Blox Silk Amino Acids, they really do help!
