    It never fails…. I write a post about making it work and all my good intentions… and then I fall off the bandwagon. The first week we were in Texas I was on the ball with my workouts.     Since I’ve been taking you on my health and fitness journey I thought it would be a good idea to talk to you about my struggle with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis (this could turn out to be a long post, so bear with me).
