CrossFit Endurance Half Marathon Training Plan
I consider running my first fitness love. That’s really what got me into “healthy living” several years ago. I started running a little bit at a time and then jumped into training for a marathon. Not the best idea I’ve ever had, but I learned a lot. Right after I DNF’d the Disney Marathon, I jumped right into training for the GO! STL Half Marathon just 2 weeks after that ugly DNF experience. It’s all mental. {and a Team Living Water Update}
Goodness, is it Thursday already? I feel like my days kinda melt together during the week. Especially this week (although I could probably say that about every week). With the traveling home from Texas, a trip to the ER, adjusting back to life at home (laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, meal planning) plus trying to get back on track with my training there just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day. Which normally works, except we are staying in a rental house in Texas for a few weeks and I don’t really know the area and it is super dark out until like 7:30am now… crazy! Tuesdays are normally my group running days with Team Living Water, but since we are out of town I haven’t been able to make it. Today was supposed to be long run day, but since Chris had work to do and we don’t have Emily here I…

Team Living Water Tuesday
Have you ever been thirsty? You know that feeling of thirst that doesn’t go away? What if you couldn’t just go to the fridge or the faucet and get water? That is reality for more people that you would think. They have to walk for miles just to get a small amount of water and carry it back. It is usually not even enough for their whole family for the day. What if you could help? Team Living Water from Living Water International on Vimeo. You can. I am currently training to run the GO! STL Half-Marathon in April on behalf of Team Living Water. No, it doesn’t mean you…
