progress update 11.23.10

Things have been going pretty well in the area of weight loss. We recently joined the gym so I’ve been trying to go regularly and get in 30-40 minutes of cardio and some weight training. I find myself feeling sore more often than not, which actually feels good! I’ve been trying to continue making “balanced” life choices and this morning I weighed in at 204! That’s nearly 30 pounds since I started taking my weight loss journey seriously back in April. I’ve been able to fit back in most of my pre-pregnancy clothes, and some are even loose! It’s so refreshing to see progress. And I feel good too! So if I keep on the same track I shouldn’t have a problem reaching my goal of being under 200 lbs by the end of the year (that is if I can stop baking and eating the treats I love to make!) So here’s to more running, zumba!, and veggies. Hooray!
