Coffee Date

Coffee Date

Good Morning Friends! It’s FRIDAY! Hooray for another fun weekend ahead. Things are totally going in fast forward for me right now. I’m actually about to head out the door to pick up Emily from the airport and go to packet pickup for the race this weekend, but I didn’t want to miss my coffee date with you! So grab a cup let’s chat!

If we were having coffee today I would tell you that I have been surprised at my ability to drink black coffee and plain tea. On the Whole30 you can’t do dairy and almond milk from a container is too processed. I’m in the process of making my own almond milk, but until then I’m actually learning to enjoy my coffee black. I never in a million years thought that would happen.

If we were having coffee I would tell you I am super excited for this weekend, despite feeling unsure in my running ability. I haven’t seen Emily in like 6 years and we are meeting up with another one of our friends in Columbia on Saturday, it should be lots of laughter for sure. We were trouble back then and I’m not sure much has changed.

If we were having coffee I would tell you I’m really feeling great on the whole30 so far. I thought it would be harder than it is. I don’t miss anything that much, except maybe my protein shakes. Eating eggs after working out is difficult some days.

If we were having coffee today I would tell you how happy I am that I get a few weeks off school. That stuff stresses me out… I’m not even sure why I’m still doing it to be honest. I’m too far in now to quit. Less than a year left until I get my degree in Psychology (that i’ll probably never use) But I’ll be the first in my family to get one! Gotta one up the sibs somehow. ha. Love you guys!

Alright, your turn – What would you tell me if we were having coffee? What are your plans this weekend?

Have fun this weekend! If we were having coffee I’d tell you that I’m so happy to be spending time with my grandparents and I wish I could take the whole next week off just to spend more time with them. They love my girls and I’m so glad they are able to be around so my girls can get to know them!

I’d tell you my team is in the Final Four!!!

If we were having coffee, I would tell you that I am in love with you blog. I found you from Fit and Free with Emily. Love her too.

If we were having coffee, I would tell you that I admire the heck out of you. You are giving me the nerve to finally start the Whole 30 program. I have been “thinking” about doing it forever. Time to just do it 🙂

LOVE Emily! She’s my blog girl crush. Don’t set a date to start, just start! It has been great so far! a few challenges here and there, of course, but if it were easy everyone would do it!

Hi, Courtney. I am new to your blog and I really like it. I found you by searching for gwynnie bee. If we were having coffee, I’d tell you that my first gwynnie bee shipment is at my house right now and I can’t wait to get home and see what’s waiting for me! I am so excited!

Congrats on the weight loss. You are a great inspiration.

Sorry your day 7 was tough – hoping days 8 & 9 were better. I almost cried this morning at CrossFit. I haven’t cried at CrossFit since the first month, ha! It’s because I didn’t have my coffee before…
