Gwynnie Bee: Spring into Style

Supposedly it’s spring. However, the 12 inches of snow outside are telling me otherwise. I even sang christmas carols while grocery shopping yesterday. WHO AM I?! Ok, bringing it back. It is technically spring. Usually that means it is time to spruce up your wardrobe! Some people can just use the same spring time essentials year after year, but If you have been working on losing weight and getting into shape that could pose a problem. Those Spring Time essentials from last year probably (hopefully) don’t fit the same way this year. If you aren’t exactly to your goal weight you don’t want to fork out a ton of money on a wardrobe that you will shrink out of by next spring. Gwynnie Bee to the Rescue!

Gwynnie Bee is like the NetFlix of Clothing for sizes 10-28. I’ve been working with them since Mid-February and have absolutely loved it. For a more in depth overview of the program check out my first Gwynnie Bee Post.

One of the many things I love about Gwynnie Bee is that there is never a shortage of fun new things to try. They come out with new arrivals twice a month (Want a sneak peak of the New Arrivals before they are posted on the site? Check out the Gwynnie Bee Pinterest Page, they are always posted there first!) The first set of March new arrivals were just hinting at the taste of spring in the air. There was lots of green- Emerald is the color of the year, afterall! and of course, fun prints!

This is the Peplum Top in Wallpaper Print from Asos Curve. I actually didn’t mind the Peplum cut this time around. It probably would have looked better styled with a thick black belt, but I’ve yet to find one I like. It was super comfy and would look totally hot with a black pencil skirt.

This is the Polka Dot Peasant Top by INC. I loved the casual feel of this. It wasn’t super dressy, but didn’t feel like just a tshirt either. A fun tip for a day out running errands. Totally love.

And now my favorite look! This Ponte Striped Blazer by Eloquii. So fun and funky! I haven’t really been into blazers before because I never found one that fit and flattered while being comfortable. I think this would be easy to dress up or down. and didn’t I say Emerald was the color of the year? So trendy. Which I have never been before. Thanks Gwynnie Bee!
