Weekly Workout Round-Up

Whew- What a week. It has been a busy one, but aren’t they all? I felt really good about my workouts this week. I’ve tried to keep my eating mostly on track. I’ve got a trip coming up next week, so I’m trying to stay extra tight to allow for some obvious “out of town” splurging. I mostly want to try to recap this to keep myself accountable and to have a record of my workouts. I’m linking up with Kat and megan!

Monday- CrossFit & 2 Miles

WOD
“DT”

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

(I scaled this down to 85lbs and I forgot my time…)

Little Dreamer got a new running jacket and wanted to try it out so we went for a short run. She did awesome! (I pushed her in the stroller for the first mile and she ran with me the last .35)

I also wanted to try out my lifting shoes so I loaded up my Bomba Bar and put on my new Old Navy Capris (how awesome is this blue?!) SO weird lifting in these shoes. In a good way, of course!

Sunday- 9 Miles (Treadmill)

So this whole Half Marathon deal is getting closer. I was hoping to get a long run in outside, but the hubs was busy today so I decided to knock out my longest run this season on the treadmill. I survived! (PS- I’m loving this Lululemon top!)

How were your workouts this week? What is the longest you’ve run on the Treadmill?

PS- If you love Lululemon – be sure to come back tomorrow… There may or may not be a HUGE giveaway going on around these parts….

  1. GREAT week! 9 miles on the TM is impressive!!! I am totally mind numbing bored after 5-6. 🙂

Peyton is going to be such a rockstar athlete as she grows! I love that she is so interested in eating healthy and being active.
