Have you ever had PB2? I am a peanut butter addict and this allows me to enjoy my peanut butter with WAY less fat and calories. Normal peanut butter is 200 calories per serving, this is only 45 calories per serving!
my food obsession for the week… Creamy Thai Sweet Potato Lentil Soup. I seriously ate this EVERY day for lunch.

Another favorite find of the week…. Vibrams! Still getting used to them but loving them so far
7 mile training run on tuesday. I’m training for GO! STL half-marathon on behalf of Team Living Water.
I’ve been trying to get in 3 days of strength training and 3 days of solid runs a week. Did great until the last 2 travel days, no run yesterday and no weights today. I am going to try to get both in tomorrow (crossing my fingers for DRY weather!)

We arrived in Texas and went to lunch at a local favorite, Hammonds BBQ.
Daddy set up his computer and Payton had to move her chair over there to work with him.
